My first home buying experience was incredible and I attest all of that to my agent, Camille Bruno. Having never dreamed I would be in a position to own my own home (young single mom) I was hesitant, scared, nervous, had lots of questions and didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Camille held my hand each step of the way; her knowledge in her field is exceptional! I was confident that with Camille on my side the job would get done. Camille took the time to get to know me and my family and what our needs were, she quickly started finding homes for me to look at in the neighborhoods I had selected. Having had raised her own family and being a resident of Eastlake Camille was a great mentor and resource for me as we reviewed schools, shopping, Mello Roos and HOA’s. Camille has an incredible reputation in this industry, which was apparent when the listing agent remembered her from 1 sale they had done together nearly 15 years prior, and I am confident it was because of his confidence in her that our bid was the one that was accepted! The vendors Camille referred me to for Loan, Insurance, Landscaping and Inspection were all just as incredible as she was. The process was long (ironic that it’s called a “short sale”) but Camille was persistent with her follow-ups, knew the process and when I made a mistake that could have cost us the entire deal, she kicked into high gear and went to bat for me. Camille got creative and came up with a solution I am sure many agents would not have considered nor had the experience to try. Camille never gave up on me! I could not have made it through this process without her, I mean that. There were many days when I wanted to call it quits but I knew she was working hard for me and she had faith things were going to work out, and they did. We celebrated our first Christmas in our new home Dec 2012 and I look forward to many many more Christmas’ in that house!
