Good Golly Miss Molly! Camille was a pleasure to work with. Buying property can be a very trying and stressful experience, with Camille, it was one of the easiest things I have ever done. Due to her vast experience and involvement, she worked with the seller’s agent, HOA, inspectors, appraisers, and even my mortgage company. She did her job (exceptionally well might I add) and MINE! I was living and working on the East Coast and she was overly accommodating with my schedule, even though we were three time zones apart. The fact that she was up-to-date with the latest technology (things like DocuSign made it possible for me to review and sign documents electronically from the comfort of my living room ( and in my pajamas!)) helped tremendously! I am not exaggerating when I say she literally did everything on my behalf! She was at every inspection and walk-through. After I found the home I wanted, I just signed some documents periodically. She did the negotiating, and still to my surprise, was able to have the seller agree to everything on the list (she may or may not have mob connections, I didn’t ask). I have heard horror stories from friends and colleagues about their home buying/selling experiences – mine was so simple I’m having a difficult time believing it is actually over. I’m left with a “That’s it?” question in my head. I keep thinking that the process was supposed to be difficult! If you are serious about buying or selling – Go with Camille, you won’t be disappointed!
