Nestled between urban City Heights and high-priced Kensington, it’s home to an educated and involved bunch who are passionate about maintaining an appealing neighborhood through community organizations. You’ll find plenty of events geared toward families, like a Halloween parade and block parties with bounce houses and mini golf courses. You can also count on a lower crime rate, thanks to its volunteer citizens’ patrol.
